How do I send my documents and information?
Clients may submit their information and documents in various ways. We prefer clients use our secure online portal, SmartVault. Accounts are set up by us at no additional cost, and clients can then log in and submit documents, as well as access completed tax returns and e-file forms for signing. Please contact us if you have any questions about creating or using your account.
We do not recommend sending sensitive information through email without password protection. The tax return process can be done completely through electronic and phone communication, but clients can meet with us if preferred.
